All the qualities of baking in wood-burning ovens
The characteristic rounded shape is one of the most beneficial features of Gorenje ovens. Inspired by traditional wood-burning ovens, it enables hot air to move around freely. Since the food is heated evenly and from all sides, it is always perfectly done: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Combined with the MultiFlow 360˚ ventilation system, it makes baking on all 5 levels possible.

Multi-level baking

Many dishes in one go
Simultaneous baking on many levels is now possible without smells and tastes mixing together. The smart air distribution and characteristic round shape ensure that the food is evenly baked on every level. Since the oven volume is large, the overview is excellent as well. Superior models enable baking trays to be arranged on five different shelves. This allows many trays of pizzas or cookies to be baked simultaneously.

SilverMatte

Ultra resistant, ultra smooth coating
SilverMatte is a highly resistant and strong surface that can stand extreme heat. The triple coating of the oven interior provides reflection and ensures extra insulation. The material reflection provides even better baking results since the heat is distributed all around the oven. The coated surface of convectional, steam or microwave ovens and baking trays is resistant to even the highest temperatures

PyroClean

Extreme heat makes it all go away
Pyrolytic cleaning is the most efficient and advanced way to clean an oven. The high cleaning temperature of up to 500˚C leaves the oven completely clean, without a spot of grease. At the end, only the leftovers need to be wiped away and no detergent is needed. Gentle cleaning is over in 90 minutes, medium intensity cleaning ends in 120 minutes, while very intensive cleaning takes only 150 minutes where the effect is according to the duration. The oven is locked during and immediately after the cleaning process, which makes it family-friendly.

CataClean

A surface that stands no grease
Catalytic cleaning is of great assistance in oven maintenance. Whenever the oven reaches 200 ˚C, catalytic panels automatically start attracting and oxidising the grease and impurities. The grease is burned, leaving the oven completely clean.

AquaClean

Simple, safe cleaning
AquaClean greatly assists when cleaning an oven. After pouring half a litre of water into a baking tray, it takes just 30 minutes and the results are visible on the entire oven surface and the baking trays. Stains and grease are softened and can be wiped away easily.

BigSpace

More space for greater cooking freedom
The new generation of Gorenje ovens features advanced technology that creates a bigger oven volume. The optimised airflow circulates inside at an even greater volume, circling completely freely. The increased capacity allows the simultaneous baking of large quantities of food on many baking trays, while the outside dimensions remain the same. Instead of the previous 3, the new Superior oven now enables 5 trays to be used at the same time. Capacities range up to 75l in standard ovens and up to 53l in compact ovens, which are amongst the largest available on the market.

Dehydration

Great food, always at hand
Dried meat, fruit, vegetables and herbs can be easily prepared at home. Dehydration is possible on up to 5 shelves at the same time, which saves time and energy.

Yoghurt

A simple way to healthy stuff
A special function enables healthy yoghurt to be prepared at home. Automatic temperature and time settings provide optimal conditions that create homemade yoghurt in around 3 hours. This function requires the use of additional Gorenje accessories.

DC+ System

Effective heat management
The DynamiCooling+ System effectively cools the oven cabinet down and prevents damage caused by high temperatures. After the cooking ends, heat sensors cool the outer sides of the oven down, until the temperature drops to 60˚C. This is particularly useful for those ovens with pyrolytic cleaning, which operates at extremely high temperatures. The DynamiCooling system operates when the oven is on, while the DynamiCooling+ System activates after the oven is switched off.

UltraCoolDoor

Made to be touched – anytime, all the time
Special triple or even quadruple glazing isolates the oven, making it even safer for children and pets. The heat is kept inside, optimising energy consumption by stopping heat escaping from the oven.

Ready for XXL recipes
The 46 cm wide baking trays are possible by using the entire oven width and larger volume. There is more space on each baking tray and the superior technology makes sure the food is cooked evenly on all levels.

PerfectGrill

A double heater for evenly crispy food
The best baking results are achieved with a combination of larger and smaller heaters, where the latter is positioned inside the larger one. The smart positioning of the heaters allows optimal heat distribution and provides the ultimate baking results every time, so food is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A variable heater combination can use either the inner or outer heater, or both at once. Advanced models feature a heater that can be removed simply, allowing easy maintenance and cleaning.

AutoRoast

Perfectly roasted
The AutoRoast function first heats the oven to 230°C. The food is roasted for 30 minutes and then the temperature drops to the set level. A smart combination of time and temperature creates ideal roasting conditions. As a result, meat is crispy and well done on the outside and perfectly soft and tender on the inside.

MeatProbe

Perfectly roasted, every time
The cooking process is controlled by measuring the temperature inside the meat. A special alarm signals when the cooking is complete. The feature is especially is useful when preparing larger pieces of meat.

FastPreheat

Charmingly fast, saving time and energy
The oven reaches a temperature of up to 200˚C in just 6 minutes, saving 30 % of the time needed by standard preheating. This comes in handy for recipes that require a preheated oven. A light and sound signal informs when the temperature is right.

SlowBake

A very slow way to perfection
SlowBake controls longer baking times at lower temperatures for up to 6 hours. Meat and fish are softened but retain their juiciness, aroma and nutrients.
