Fully customized washing. Gorenje washing machines offer the option to choose the washing method best suited to your needs. If you tend to use the conventional washing programmes (cotton, synthetics, mix, delicate, woollens), you may choose between four different modes. NormalCARE, EcoCARE, TimeCARE, and AllergyCARE are optimized to allow excellent washing result and perfect laundry care.
• NormalCARE: preset washing mode for normal daily use with optimum combination of power and time.
• EcoCARE: laundry care with low water and power consumption regardless of program duration.
• TimeCARE: increased intensity for an effective wash in the shortest possible time.
• AllergyCARE: washing particularly friendly to anyone with delicate skin; extra water for perfectly rinsed laundry.

SpaDrum – Wellness for your laundry

Excellently preserved laundry

Innovatively designed drum interior made of stainless steel is completely adjusted to efficient motion of the laundry during the washing process. Large volume allows comfort even when washing larger amounts of laundry. Drum perforation is carefully thought out so that the size, shape, and number of holes provide lower water and power consumption. Wave-shaped 3D ribs gently move the laundry towards the rear part of the drum and then lift it towards the top. Tilted design of the interior door glass also contributes to this process. OptiDrum will make sure your laundry gets the best possible care.

Based on the information collected, the intelligent SensorIQ technology automatically adjusts the washing process to the selected programme, type, and weight of the laundry. Optimum results, in addition to considerable savings in power, water, and time, are guaranteed.
TotalWeight control – Automatic recognition of laundry weight: Using a weight sensor, the washing machine automatically adjusts the washing programme to the actual amount of laundry in the drum. In addition to savings in water and power, it also allows silent and quiet operation of the machine and prolongs the appliance's useful life.
Foaming sensor – Continuous control amount of foam allows the machine to run additional rinsing cycles when necessary. The amount of water in each washing cycle is automatically adjusted to the type of laundry which will thus be washed and preserved in the most efficient manner.

AllergyCare

provides 49% more rinsing

Washing mode that rinses the laundry as much as possible, leaving it completely free from detergent. AllergyCare washing mode is intended for thorough washing of the fibres, with additional rinsing. This removes allergens that create an unpleasant feel on sensitive skin. The program uses higher water level and additional rinsing to dissolve the detergent better. Therefore, there is no trace of detergent, or any other allergens on your clothes.

Efficient and environmentally friendly PowerDrive motor

Efficient, quiet, and powerful washing machine motor. Generation of washing machines offering spinning rates of 1,600 rpm and 9 kilogram load feature a highly efficient electronically controlled motor which is, compared to the universal electric motor, more reliable and very quiet. Minimum use of power and handling larger loads more easily will translate into longer useful life. The motor is very efficient as it reaches maximum power very fast.

Assistance in dealing with the most stubborn stains

It may often be the case that inappropriate washing method will additionally work a stain into the fabric, reducing the possibility to remove it in subsequent washes. Gorenje's high-end models offer a special function for effective removal of the most common stubborn stains. Choose the most appropriate among the four offered groups of stains to make sure the laundry is washed effectively.

DuraHeat is a new heater in Gorenje washing machine, with a safety system for the prevention of overheating. Thanks to that, the heater is longer lasting and machine operation is safer.

UltraWHITE programme - Preserving the whiteness of your delicate laundry

UltraWHITE program is intended for care of white delicate laundry such as synthetics, silk, nylon, lace, which, due to the specific character of the fabric, cannot be washed at high temperatures. The laundry will receive excellent care at a temperature of no more than 30°C, owing to adjusted tumbling rhythm and more water. Regular white laundry would take on a greyish or yellowish appearance and lose its white sheen. UltraWHITE programme will make sure your white laundry actually stays white.

You can now wash your most delicate hand wash items with confidence using this specially designed gentle programme which combines a gentle washing rhythm with a gentler spinning action at 30 °C.

Quick Wash

The Quick Wash option allows you to further shorten the time of the most featured programmes. Typically, this option is very handy for less soiled laundry, generating additional savings in time and water. Gorenje’s fastest programme, Cotton, takes only 17 minutes to run, which means that your favourite clothes are done in no time at all.

Total Aqua Stop
high-end models feature a special sensor installed at the bottom of the washing machine. In case of a leak, the sensor will immediately shut off the inlet pipe electric valve to cut off the supply of water into the appliance.

Aqua Stop
models has a special mechanical system which cuts off the flow of water into the tub if a fault occurs with the inlet pipe

Overflow protection
if the water dosage valves malfunction or the water is too high, a pump starts to drain the tub until the optimal water level is reached for the chosen programme.
